Purpose
These Terms of Use (ToU) govern access to and use of the Trans-izi platform, available at transizi.com.
Access to the service
Access to Trans-izi is free for importers. An account is required to access certain features (directory, wallet, academy). Users agree to provide accurate information when registering.
Trans-izi Wallet
The Trans-izi wallet is a CFA franc fund management tool. Deposits are made via Mobile Money (Orange, Wave, MTN). Trans-izi is not a credit institution. Funds are held separately from Trans-izi's own funds.
Liability
Trans-izi acts as an intermediary between importers and freight forwarders. Trans-izi cannot be held liable for delays, losses or damage arising from freight operations organised by forwarders listed on the platform.
Intellectual property
All platform content is protected. Users may not reproduce, represent or extract any content without prior written authorisation from Trans-izi.
Termination
Users may delete their account at any time from the settings. Trans-izi reserves the right to suspend or delete any account that breaches these Terms of Use.
Governing law
These Terms of Use are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris.
