Data collected
Trans-izi collects: name, email address, phone number (for the wallet), financial transaction data, navigation data (server logs). No sensitive data (bank card) is stored directly on our servers.
Purpose of processing
Your data is used to: create and manage your account, execute wallet transactions, connect you with freight forwarders, improve our services, prevent fraud.
Legal basis
Processing of your data is based on contract performance (Terms of Use), your consent (marketing communications) and Trans-izi's legitimate interest (security, fraud prevention).
Data sharing
Your data is not sold to third parties. It may be shared with: our payment providers (CinetPay, PawaPay) for transaction processing, Supabase (secure data storage), Vercel (application hosting).
Retention
Your data is retained for the duration of your account, then 3 years after deletion for legal obligations. Transaction data is retained for 10 years (accounting obligations).
